Yes. DailyThemes is built for iPhone and iPad, with an iPad layout, iPad-framed wallpapers and the extra large widget size.
On iPad the app uses a sidebar layout, supports keyboard shortcuts and adapts to both orientations. Your preferences and taste profile sync between iPhone and iPad through iCloud, so both devices know what you like.

iPad Lock Screen widgets
